A knife was reportedly pulled after an argument broke out in a supermarket car park over a space.
The row happened in the Morrisons car park near Watford and Croxley business parks at around 8.50am on Thursday.
It is believed two parties came to a disagreement over a parking space and soon after a knife was allegedly produced causing the other person to flee in fear.
