Witnesses present when a biker died in a car crash are being sought by police.
Police believe up to four vehicles, including the motorcycle, were involved in a crash on Ongar Road in Abridge, shortly before 3pm on Sunday, October 28.
A 48-year-old man from Romford died at the scene.
Inspector Rob Brettell, of the serious collision investigation unit, said: “We have now identified the occupants of a silver car we were looking to speak to.
“But we are still looking to trace any other drivers that were in the area at the time of the collision but left before our officers arrived.
“It is important that we speak to them as they may have information that could help us establish the circumstances around what happened.”
They, or anyone who knows who they are, should contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 01245 240590 or email CollisionAppeal@essex.pnn.police.uk
