The sacrifices of fallen soldiers have been remembered through transparent Tommy silhouettes.
Encounter House Church along with Abridge Village Community have been placing the translucent cut-outs in and around the village.
Some will remain in place for a while and others will visit different areas at different events.
Graham O'Leary, senior leader at the church, said: "It is of vital importance that we remember their sacrifice always and the Tommies are a thought provoking way of helping us to do just that."
They can be seen at Stapleford Airfield Memorial, North Weald Airfield by the gate Guardian, The War Memorial in Abridge Hall car park, Lambourne School, and the bench by the village sign opposite the Maltsters Arms.
