A couple of people hae been arrested following an armed robbery.
On January 2 two men ran into the Post Office in Buckhurst Hill's Queen's Road armed with a hammer.
They shouted at two members of staff before fleeing with money.
Yesterday police arrested a 29-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and possession of drugs and he remains in custody for questioning.
They also arrested a 29-year-old woman on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery on Friday, January 4, and she has been released and remains on police bail.
