Waltham Forest Police tweeted a photo of the car with officers questioning the driver in Walthamstow with a playful caption mocking the driver's actions.

"Shame you didn't have insurance. Off to the car pound."

One Twitter user questioned the police and asked what power they had to pull the driver over.
The police said: "Offences under the public order act. We also have the power to stop any vehicle under the road traffic act.
"We are all above board I assure you."
While other social media users commented on the seizure.
While Flora Curtain wrote: "It never ceases to amaze me that the people who really shouldn't draw attention to themselves always do."
Ally Hutchison added: "I don't know what annoys me more, these little skanks or the fact they say 'feds' - you're from Theydon Bois, not Compton, LA, USA."
Many also tweeted comparisons to the popular "Bus w**kers" phrase from the British sitcom The Inbetweeners.
