Officers are investigating a collision on the M11 after a driver involved failed to stop yesterday morning.

Emergency services were called to J7 and J8 shortly before 6.30am, on Tuesday, May 14, to reports that a motorcycle rider had been seriously injured.

The cyclist, a man in his 50s, collided with a black saloon car and was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-changing injuries.

Police are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or was driving along the road at the time and has dash cam footage.

Two young people who were stopped immediately to help the motorcyclist following the crash are wanted by officers in particular for further information.
