A man was who has been charged for a driving offence which lead to a fatal collision appeared in court today.
Ryan Farthing, 23, of Bedonwell Road in Bexleyheath, Kent, attended Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court this morning following the incident near J7 of the M11 in March 2018.
Farthing was charged with causing death by driving without due care and consideration while over the specified limit of a controlled drug.
It follows the death of 22-year-old Reece Gnazalo, also from Bexleyheath, who was sadly pronounced dead at the scene just before 9.15pm on March 2, 2018.
Farthing will next appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on Wednesday, July 24.
