Detectives are appealing for information following a burglary at a store today.
Essex Police were called shortly after 4am this morning, Tuesday 2 July, with reports a car had been in collision with a shop front on Epping High Street.
Officers later found a silver Ford focus abandoned at an address on Tower Road, Epping, which they believe to be involved in the burglary.
Enquiries are ongoing into whether anything was stolen from the shop.
Anyone who was in the area around this time, witnessed any suspicious behaviour or saw anyone driving a silver Ford Focus and has dash cam footage, are asked to contact Loughton CID on 101, quoting incident 146 of 2 July.
Information can also be given completely anonymously to independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 or visiting crimestoppers-uk.org
