Daniel Rogers from Waltham Abbey, is described as being 5ft 7ins tall, of medium build and has brown wavy hair and a brown beard.
He has links to Chigwell and Enfield.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Harlow Police station on 101.
