Emma Broadbent, challenges and events fundraiser at St Clare Hospice, said: “When our event photos went up on Facebook after our first Muddy Mayhem of the year in July, we were inundated with enquiries for when the next one would be”.

“We knew we had to step to the challenge, so we are putting on a second Muddy Mayhem this autumn, in partnership with our friends over at Nuclear Races.”

She added: “This really is one of the most exciting events in the St Clare calendar that, if you love getting messy and feeling that adrenaline rush, you absolutely cannot miss! We can’t wait for the second round of fun in the mud!”

St Clare Hospice Muddy Mayhem race will take place at Brentwood’s Nuclear Races venue, 10:15am on Sunday, October 20.
