A competition for Epping's best dressed Christmas shop window this year will be decided by a public vote.
Votes this year’s competition will cast by email in a public poll instead of being chosen by Epping Town Mayor, Grahame Scruton.
Former Mayor Nigel Avey presented Siswahz hair salon on Epping High Street was crowned the winner of the best festive window display last year.
Runners-up were the Beauty, Skin and Eyelash Lounge in Station Road and Mr Smith's hairdressers in the High Street.
The Audrey Rose Cup and a certificate will be presented by Mr Scruton on behalf of Epping Town Council at the Epping Christmas market on Friday, December 6.
