A man has been summoned to appear at court to answer a number of assault charges.
Francis George, 56, of Carters Mead, Harlow, was arrested in connection to reports of a disturbance at an industrial estate on Woodside, Thornwood on Friday, June 21.
He has two charges of assault by beating and one of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
George will attend Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, December 18.
