Two men have been charged with drugs offences, Scotland Yard has confirmed.
The two men were arrested and charged following a recent proactive operation by the Metropolitan Police to suppress drug dealing in the Waltham Forest borough.
Mohamed Mohamed, 19, and Yusef Nur, 29, both of no fixed address, were charged on Tuesday, March 24 with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
Both men will appear at Stratford Magistrates’ Court later today (Thursday, March 26).
The men were arrested on March 4 following early morning warrants by the north-east Proactive Gangs Unit and Territorial Support Group.
