A man is wanted for questioning following a burglary in Hoddesdon.
Essex Police have launched an appeal to locate Joe Gomez from Haringey.
The 50-year-old, is wanted by detectives for questioning in connection with the incident.
To aid the search, Essex Police have released an image of Gomez, who is described as 6 ft tall.
He is believed to also go by the alias Alan Toby.
A spokesperson for Essex Police said: "Do you know where John Gomez is?
"We would like to talk to Gomez, 50, from Haringey, London, about a burglary in Avenue Road, Hoddesdon.
"Gomez is 6ft, uses the alias Alan Toby and he has links to Hammersmith.
"Anyone with information is asked to call Harlow CID quoting crime reference 42/128270/19 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 11"
