Police have released an image of a man they would like to identify, after a series of fly-tipping in a residential road.
On May 5, police say there were many items included a mattress left at Leavesden Road.
The man in the CCTV image was seen in the area at the time and police believe he may be able to assist with enquiries.
There have been previous fly-tipping reports at Leavesden Road, as a fridge was left behind on April 29.
