A 16-year-old boy has been charged with GBH following a knife incident incident in Harlow earlier this year.

The boy, from Harlow, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a knife.

He is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 10 June.

The charges follow and incident on Thursday, January 23, when a 16-year-old boy allegedly suffered stab wounds to his arm, thigh and leg in The Downs, Harlow.

The victim was taken to hospital for his injuries.

The suspect was arrested later that day.
