A man was rushed to hospital after he was stabbed.
Around twelve police cars were spotted this afternoon in St Albans Road, Watford, after reports of a stabbing.
Officers arrived at the scene and found a man, in his 40s, with suspected stab wounds.
He was quickly taken to hospital for treatment by the ambulance service.
One man, who was working from home and lives at Phoenix Lodge beside the scene, said he heard sirens blaring from his window at around 12.30pm, and soon after spotted twelve police cars.

Some officers remain at the scene, but most of the road has since cleared up.
Officers are currently conducting enquiries to trace the suspect, who is thought to be known the victim.
