A man is in police custody after allegedly exposing himself to children in Harlow.
Essex Police was called to Staple Tye yesterday (September 29) following reports from members of public that a man was exposing himself in front of adults and children.
Officers arrived at the scene before arresting the man on suspicion of indecent exposure and provocation of violence.
A police spokesperson said: “Our response team attended the area and after being given a description and account of what he had done, the male was found and became aggressive and threatened violence.
“The male is now in our cells and awaiting interview.”
