Elstree-based Cyber-Duck has been certified by Best Companies and recognised for their commitment to employees, with a 1 star accreditation rating.

Throughout the pandemic, Cyber-Duck have ensured the mental and physical wellbeing of their employees is paramount.

To achieve this, they implemented several initiatives, from regular meetups on Zoom and flexible working arrangements to sessions with a qualified psychologist and free weekly yoga during the height of lockdown.
