Firefighters rescued a stranded feline from a balcony last week.
The cat was stuck on the balcony in Springs Hill, Harlow, for almost 18 hours before Essex Fire and Rescue crews rescued the frightened animal from her precarious perch.
The fire service was called to the scene shortly after 8pm on Thursday, February 18.
The curious cat, called Tiddles, had ventured onto the balcony of a building in the early hours of the morning and could not get back down on her own.
Using a ladder, firefighters were able to reach the cat and bring her back down to safety.
Tiddles was reunited safely with her relieved family following the stressful ordeal.
