An elderly woman was left with a dislocated shoulder after her bag was stolen in Harlow.
The woman, in her 80s, was walking in Park Hill near the underpass on February 22 at around 1.45pm, when a man grabbed her bag from her shoulders.
Essex Police say the woman fell to the floor from the force of the theft, leaving her with a dislocated shoulder.
The man is described as white, in his late 30s or early 40s, with dark hair and a beard.
He was said to be wearing dark blue jeans, dark shoes and a long black coat with his hood up.
