A man has been charged with attempted murder after three people were stuck by a car outside a celebrity favourite night club.
Three people were involved a in collision with a vehicle outside The Sugar Hut, in Brentwood High Street, at about 3.10am on Sunday, April 2, 2017.
All three victims were seriously injured.
The Sugar Hut is a nightlife favourite with celebrities, and featured heavily on hit ITV reality show The Only Way is Essex.
Essex Police have been investigating the incident.
Martin Stokes, 27, of no fixed address, was arrested in London yesterday, Saturday, April 10, has been charged with attempted murder, two counts of ABH, dangerous driving and violent disorder.
Stokes will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
