Police are investigating after three people ‘attacked a man using weapons’.
Essex Police says it was called just after 6pm to the Westfield area of Harlow last night (Friday, May 14).
It had been reported that three people, two men and a woman, were assaulting a man using weapons.
The victim, who had previously been sat in a van, then left the scene on a motorbike.
Officers arrived a few minutes later and conducted a thorough search of the area for all parties involved, but no arrests have been made.
Police believe the victim must have suffered significant head injuries and are trying to trace him to ensure he receives the medical attention he needs.
Officers are continuing their investigation, including going through CCTV, dash cam footage, and gathering witness statements.
