A man was rushed to hospital after being attacked and stabbed by a gang of males yesterday.

Essex Police is investigating after a 20-year-old man was stabbed in The Hides, Harlow, shortly before 2.30pm on Sunday, June 6.

Police were called to the scene by paramedics who were treating the victim who had sustained injuries to his back, torso, head and hands.

He was taken to hospital with injuries which are not deemed to be life-threatening.

Police believe he was attacked by a group of six to eight males aged in their late teens or early 20s who were all wearing dark-coloured clothing.

No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
