A 61-year old man has been charged after two young girls were flashed while playing in park.
Essex Police says the two victims – aged 12 – were approached by a man who exposed himself in Harlow Town Park in Park Lane on the morning of Thursday, October 29.
Brendan Joyce, 61, of The Briars, Harlow, has been charged in connection with the incident.
He has been charged with two counts of to cause or incite a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity (no penetration) and exposure.
He will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Friday, July 16.
