Red Arrows are soaring past parts of Epping and Harlow today- be sure you don't miss the show.

The team will be flying as part of their Defence and Security Equipment (DSEI) exhibition International in London.

They are expected to fly over East of Hoddesdon, Harlow and Buckhurst Hill at 12.12pm before arriving over Woodford at 12.14pm.

The Royal Airforce Acrobatic Team will begin at RAF Scampton in Lincolnshire before making their way down south through Leicester, Peterborough, Cambridge, through Hertfordshire and then into London.

The Red Arrows begin training for the new season almost as soon as another has ended. They typically train in October with smaller three or four aircraft formations.

Training lasts until mid-March when the team moves overseas to maximise flying hours before assessment by RAF officers who will award them a red suit if they pass the training.
