- -An overnight downpour has caused flooding across parts of Epping today, the Environment Agency expects flood levels to steadily rise and remain high throughout the day.
- -There will be flooding to low lying land and roads close to affected rivers today.
- -Flooding from surface water could also occur.
- -An Environment agency warning said: “Take care near the areas of concern and monitor your local weather conditions.
- “We are continuing to monitor river levels and have staff in the field checking for and clearing blockages."
