Two people have been taken to hospital after a car crashed into a telegraph pole in Waltham Abbey yesterday afternoon.
Essex Fire and Rescue Service were called to Paternoster Hill, October 8 at 4.06pm after reports from the Ambulance Service.
Crews made the scene safe and, because telephone lines were hanging precariously, they remained at the scene until BT engineers arrived at 7.41pm.
The two people were taken to hospital and were not seriously injured.
