Do you recognise this man?
Police want to speak with a man in connection to a theft from a car in Harlow.
It was reported that a man broke into a blue Seat Ibiza parked in an enclosed car park at Burnt Mill Academy between 10.30am and 11am on Sunday, November 14.
A coat and backpack were taken from the car.
Essex Police are appealing to find the man photographed for further questioning.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has may have information about the identity of the person pictured should please report it quoting the crime reference number 42/264059/21.
