Motorway driver used phone and drove child without safety seat
A woman was stopped for using her phone on the M11 while driving with a young child without a rear seat.
The woman, who was driving an Audi, was stopped by Essex Road Police near Chigwell on Saturday.
The driver was made to wait in a safe place for a child’s seat to be delivered to the spot.
She was served with six points and a £200 fine.
