Another warning has been issued over “very strong winds” affecting Hertfordshire, London and Essex today (Monday).
The yellow warning, covering all of the south east, is set to be in place until 1pm and urges residents to be wary of damage to buildings and trees being brought down.
The Met Office also said road, rail and air services may be affected, power cuts may occur and injuries and danger to life are a risk in coastal areas.
It comes after Storm Dudley and Storm Eunice lashed the country last week and a third storm – Storm Franklin – passes through the country today.
On Friday winds wreaked havoc with at least 175 reports of fallen trees across Hertfordshire, with one falling on a Watford bungalow and another landing on a van and seriously injuring someone.
Hundreds of people in Essex were left without power and a woman in Haringey was killed after a tree fell on a car.
