Emergency services were called to a serious crash involving a man on an e-scooter in the early hours of this morning (June 8).
Essex Police said they were at the scene of a collision in Westfield, close to Tendring Road in Harlow, and had closed the road.
It involved a man who officers believe was riding the scooter between 3am and 5am.
His latest condition is unclear. Essex Police have been contacted for details.
Officers warned of delays continuing throughout the morning but it appears they have now eased, according to Google Maps.
An Essex Police spokesperson appealed for witnesses to get in touch along with anyone who may have doorbell or dashcam footage.
