People will be stepping out on two walks on Sunday to raise money for Epping Forest’s largest emergency food agency.

The first event for 3Food4U is a charity walk organised by South Loughton Old Walkers Society.

Registration takes place at 10.30am at South Loughton Cricket Club, IG10 3BS, for a leisurely stroll around the area at 11am followed by hot food.

The cost to take part is £10 for adults and £5 for children Under-14.

The second walk on Sunday is a 10km forest walk organised by Chigwell Tours.

Registration is 2.30pm at Hainault Forest County Park Café, IG7 4QN, for a 3pm start.

The costs is £15 for adults and £2 for children Under-16.
