A PROLIFIC shoplifter has admitted more than 20 counts of theft after items worth £3,000 were stolen from a shop in Harlow.
Meat and washing products were snatched from the Co-op store, in the High Street, on multiple occasions between December 18 last year and February 11 this year.
The total value of the items stolen was £3,000.
Matthew Nardolilli, 38, of Tanys Dell, Harlow, was arrested on Tuesday before being charged with 21 counts of theft.
He appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday where he admitted the offences and is next due to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court for sentencing on April 19.
