Officers have issued a warning after reports of a suspicious man trying car door handles, in Blackburn.
During the early hours of the morning (April 15) police received reports of a suspicious vehicle in the area. A lone man reportedly left the car and began pulling on car doors.
The vehicle and man have not yet been identified. The vehicle was spotted on Belvedere Road in Blackburn just before 4.20am.
A police spokesperson said: “During the early hours of the morning we have been informed of a suspicious vehicle in the area, with a lone male suspect getting out and trying a car door.
“At this moment in time, both the vehicle and male have not been identified.
“The vehicle entered Belvedere Road at around 4.17am this morning.
“If anybody has any information regarding this then please contact the local neighbourhood team directly.”
