TWO man have been charged with shoplifting offences following a string of reported incidents.
Billy Greenwood, 31, of no fixed abode, and Neil Foster, 47, from Bushfields, Loughton, appeared in Chelmsford Magistrates' Court last Friday morning.
The pair have been charged with a total of 19 offences of theft from shops in Debden.
