Parents and families can learn more about AI safety at a mobile phone and broadband store.
EE Harlow is one of 11 stores in Essex offering in-store 'Stay Safe with AI' appointments in partnership with Essex Police.
The appointments are part of a pilot scheme aimed at educating the public on safe and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
The sessions, launched to coincide with Safer Internet Day on February 10, are designed to help parents, young people, carers, and educators have the confidence to use AI safely.

Asif Aziz OBE, retail director at EE, said: "Technology is such a big part of our everyday lives, helping us stay connected, learn new things, and find creative ways to express ourselves. But as technology evolves, so too does the need to keep people safe online.
"We’re proud to launch dedicated AI appointments in partnership with Essex Police."
During the appointments, families can receive personalised advice from EE Guides on topics including identifying deepfakes, discussing AI with children, and what to do if families have been targeted by them.
Residents can book an appointment at the Harlow EE store.
