Leyton Orient have reportedly made a bid for Shrewsbury Town striker Lee Angol.
The Shropshire Star say that the O’s are targeting the 25-year-old after he failed to make an impact at Montgomery Waters Meadow.
London-born Angol spent the second half of last season, his only one with the Shrews, on loan at League Two champions Lincoln City, but made just two substitute appearances for the Imps as they stormed to the title.
In 25 outings for Shrewsbury, Angol found the net on four occasions.
Orient are looking to bolster their strike force after the sales of Macauley Bonne and Josh Koroma to Charlton Athletic and Huddersfield Town respectively, and have already brought in Conor Wilkinson from Dagenham & Redbridge.
