Barnet will host relegated League Two side Yeovil Town on the opening day of the National League season, Saturday, August 3.
The Bees are contesting their second consecutive campaign in the division after suffering the same fate as the Glovers in 2017/18.
Darren Sarll, recently appointed at the Somerset side, will be looking to guide them back to the Football League at the first attempt.
A busy opening month will see Darren Currie's side come up against the other relegated side in Notts County on August 10, with trips to Sutton United, Wrexham and Eastleigh scheduled alongside home matches against Dover Athletic, Chesterfield and Torquay United.
Last season's losing play-off finalists AFC Fylde will welcome Barnet on September 3, with the Bees returning the favour on December 7.
The home derby against Boreham Wood will be the second game of the festive period on Boxing Day, with the return match taking place less than a week later on New Year's Day.
The campaign will close on Saturday, April 25 at home to Eastleigh.
