Walthamstow Dogs RFC ran out 57-22 winners in their first ever game at Haringey Rhinos’ New River Stadium in Wood Green.
In a game made up of four quarters that also used rolling substitutions, Alex Kamara and Jim Miller each notched three tries, while there was also one each for Martin Mitchell, William Harris and Dave Willans.
The new club meet once a week at Lloyd Park in Walthamstow for free-to-play touch rugby which is open to all genders and abilities.
